Consultation
A free consultation is offered to discuss your individual needs, this is usually a face to face appointment where if you decide to go ahead with a treatment plan you will need to fill out some medical consent forms. All questions & concerns will be discussed fully at this appointment. Your personal treatment plan will be created for you if you decide to go ahead with the service.
Payment
Rejuvenate MLD Ltd accepts payments by all major credit/debit cards, Bank transfer & cash
When booking a course of treatments, payment upfront is required by the time of the first session.
Cancellation policy
48 hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge & if you fail to show for an appointment the treatment session will be charged at full cost.
We understand that situations arise where appointment times need to be changed so please give as much notice as possible, so we can re-booked your session.
Running late
If you are running late then please call us. Unfortunately, this time will come off your treatment time session, so punctuality is extremely important, so you fully benefit from your treatment. If you are more than 20 minutes late then rejuvenate MLD ltd has the right to cancel the appointment at the full treatment price or give you the remaining time left of your session for the full price.
Valuables
Your valuables are your responsibility & we cannot be held responsible for lost items, so please be sure to retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises.
